Very helpful and responsive to queries

Anita was very helpful guiding us through the proposed purchase of a new property, meeting us on site and following up promptly on any queries that we had. We didn't subsequently proceed with the purchase, but Anita was still very helpful in liaising with the builders to secure the refund of our reservation fee.
